where does my order come from?

All items are hand-crafted in our home-based shop in Northeast Ohio.

WHEN WILL MY STANDARD (NOT CUSTOM) ORDER SHIP?

All orders will move into production once received. Please allow up to 10 business days to be shipped.

will my order look exactly as it does on the website?

Due to color differences in screens and monitors, colors may vary slightly when seen in person.

What is four-forty’s return policy?

On custom or personalized orders, no refunds, returns or exchanges. For stock items, there are no refunds, however Four-Forty would be glad to exchange a defective item provided it has not been worn, used or damaged.

HOw do custom orders work?

• Contact Four-Forty to discuss your custom order. Let us know what you have in mind, and if you have your own artwork or if you will need help creating something original.

• If you have your own artwork, Four-Forty will need a high-resolution (600dpi minimum) copy in order to provide you with the best quality image on your purchase.

• If you do not have your own artwork and would like us to create something for you, there will be a non-refundable $40 art charge to be paid prior to beginning work. Artwork creation includes two proof revisions.

• Once we know what you’re looking for, we will provide you with a proof and price quote.

• Custom order quotes will be honored for 60 days, should you decide you need additional items. After 60 days, a new quote will be provided.

• Production begins once you have approved your proof and provided 50% of the final price.

• For all orders over $100, payment of the final balance of your order is due 5 days prior to expected delivery. All other orders, payment is due upon shipment or in-person delivery.

How long will my custom order take to complete?

We do our best to have all custom orders complete in 10 business days (two weeks). For large quantity orders (50+ pieces), a timeframe will be discussed and agreed upon at the time the order is placed. Any delays that may arise will be communicated to you as soon as we become aware of the issue.

Need your order by a specific date? Rush orders may be provided for an additional fee, pending supply chain timeframe and availability.

Yes, we do! Quantity discounts vary from item to item, so this information will be included in your quote.
